2,50,000 Sq. Ft. arch proof structure warehouse at Poothiathipattu Village in Tiruvallur District  which is about12 Kms. from Red Hills and 37 Kms. from Chennai Central.

Both the above warehouses to be built with latest modern technology.  The  centre height from the finished floor would be 41 feet,  zig-zag platform with 4 feet passage with covered canopy, RCC vacuum dewatered flooring with load bearing capacity 6 M.T/Sqm, brick wall upto 10 feet height and GI sheet gladding with 13 feet height, gear rolling shutter of 15’ x 15’ size.
